Nobody’s harder on himself than Butker, but really, it’s the whole operation. If you looked at that play (the mixed extra point against Cleveland) in detail, we had a high snap, so it starts with James (Winchester) and then you got to get the hold down (Dustin Colquitt). Everything was rushed on that play because of the snap, and that’s part of the blame Jordan Lucas Jersey , but Colquitt was still able to get the ball down—we got to be able to kick it and make it. We’ve got like five guys within that area, so it’s a good competition and we look at that every Tuesday when we come in and give out the grade sheets and look at the board. We talk about it every day. It’s important to those guys. They compete. It’s not like we’re going to give them anything at the end. It’s a peer pressure thing.
