At the age of 41 he is calling it quits according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.Selected in round one (17th overall) in the 2000 NFL draft, Janikowski ends his career as the Raiders all-time leading scorer with 1,799 points.He made 414 out of 515 career field goals with the Raiders for an 80 percent conversion rate.Janikowski’s finest moment came in 2011 when he made a career long 63-yard field goal in Denver at Mile High Stadium.The kick is good for second (tied) on the list of longest field goals in NFL history.He also owns the NFL all-time record with 58 field goals of 50 yards or more.Seabass is the only kicker who holds two of the top ten longest kicks in the league (61, 63).For his career he made 463 field goals which ranks him ninth on the all-time list with Jason Elam.After being released by the Raiders before the 2018 season, he signed a one year contract with the Seattle Seahawks.
