Scheduled to begin July 2020, the Tokyo Olympics Nike Air Max Thea Damen Sale are certainly top-of-mind to the 11,000+ competing athletes, local and foreign fans, as well as endorsers and sponsors. Nike is among the companies gearing up for the summer games as it’s sponsoring the US team and likely outfitting athletes in apparel and footwear made specifically to commemorate the Japan-held event.
Having been left out from Beaverton’s Olympic Pack 2016, the Nike Air Max Thea Damen Schwarz classic Air Max 90 has recently hit the Internet with an iteration nodding to both “The Land of the Rising Sun” and the multi-sport competition. White takes over most of the ’90 model’s upper and is contrasted – just like Japan’s flag – by a rich red color found on the bottom molded lace port; the color can also be found on the back of the tongue, forefoot of the outsole, and Air unit panel.
Adding a similar pop of color to an otherwise Nike Air Huarache Damen understated color scheme, gold – symbolic of the Olympics’ top medal – takes over the Swoosh, as well as “Air Max” branding on the side and heel of the shoe. Traditional Nike branding on the tongue is swapped for a “2020” graphic. Nike is scheduled to bring some of its winter heat into 2020 as it recently shared images of the Air Max Plus in a forthcoming cool blue and orange colorway.
Perhaps an homage to its arguably most Nike Air Huarache Run Ultra recognizable gradient outfits, this iteration is almost entirely taken over by an icy hue that differs in shade and material throughout the ’98 model. Although the iconic combination of mesh upper and plastic overlays don an almost identical blue, the color appears lighter – almost grey – on the tongue, heel panel, and midsole. Hot orange accents the Nike branding at the midfoot and tongue, but also animates the visible Tuned Air unit at the heel.
