The beloved Nike Shoes On Sale may be releasing again, following exclusive drops in Japan and at Complex Con in Chicago. The AM1 silhouette comes equipped with a faux horse hair upper, highlighted by an all-over leopard print accompanied by "total orange" detailing on the tongue, outsole and Nike branding.
The Nike Shoes For Women features a white leather upper, contrasted by text on each element inspired by the shoe's original creation process. Additional details include designer Tinker Hatfield's signature on the heel, along with the "Schematic Property of Nike Not for Resale' printed on the inside. Adding to the theme is a white midsole with black outlines that bears similarities to the work of artist Joshua Vides.
The Nike Shoes Grey is part of an exclusive “Sketch To Shelf” pack inspired by legendary designer Tinker Hatfield and his original drawings of the iconic runner. Now available in timeless white with black accents to evoke Hatfield’s sketches of the model found in his notebook from the ’80s, the aesthetic consists of the defining schematic layout all over. Finishing details include the phrase “Schematic, Property Of Nike, Not For Resale” on the sockliner and more sketches on the translucent outsole.
Nike is set to launch their iconic Nike Air Max 1 Sequin Gold Red in a timeless colorway to finish off the summer season properly. This offering of the Nike Air Max 1 features a clean White mesh base with tumbled White leather overlays paired with tumbled Black leather on the top of the toe box. Smooth Black leather on the Swoosh and mudguard atop a Gum rubber sole completes the design.
